The Story
Tentacool, from the Splatoon™ series, are a duo formed by Pearl, a confident but abrasive presenter, and Coralie, the airheaded mixing desk pro.
After their recent tour, they are known all over the world, not just in Inkopolis. Their catchy slogan is "When the ship sinks... We stay Tentacool!" This 2-pack of amiibo features Tentacool in their "Tower of Order" styles.
Pearl's voice is powerful enough to destroy her surroundings when she goes all out. She struggled with her voice during her solo years, but after meeting Coral, she was able to control it. Coral was once an elite Octoling soldier in Octarian society. She is very attached to Pearl, and admits to being a huge fan of the Sucker Sisters as well.
In the Splatoon 3 game, you can tap an amiibo figure from the Splatoon series and befriend the character that appears in your game. You can get special gear and even take pictures together in-game. You can then save your custom gear, weapons, and settings to your amiibo figure. This is handy for quickly changing equipment, or for playing on a console owned by someone else.
You can also get cool in-game extras with amiibo accessories in other compatible games. Simply scan an amiibo accessory with the NFC reader/writer to enjoy additional features in compatible games on the Nintendo Switch™ system.
